We have four banquet rooms in the adjacent O.Henry Hotel for a total of over 5,000 square feet of gracious, flexible space. Most of our meeting rooms have outside windows and natural light. All of our moveable walls are 14-inch thick sound-resistant walls upholstered with damask fabric that is pulled over batting for additional sound blockage. Each room is equipped with state of the art individual lighting and sound adjustment as well as high speed Internet access.

Caldwell Ballroom: Up to 150 seated guests, 175 standing
Hawkins Brown Room: Up to 80 seated and 100 standing
Pavilion & Cloister Garden: Up to 50 seated and 75 standing
Merchants & Manufacturers Room: Up to 14 seated
