WHITE BEAN & CUMIN DIP

 

1 #10 can Great Northern White Beans

¼ cup Lime Juice

¼ oz Cumin seeds, toasted

½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4 oz Garlic, roasted

1 tsp Sea Salt

¼ oz fresh ground Black Pepper

 

Add all ingredients to food processor and puree till smooth.

Makes – 2 quarts
